AI Upscale - License Agreement (version 1.2.0 and later)

AI Upscale is free to download and use. It comes in two editions:
  - Free edition: free of charge, with ads and some limits (clips under 1 minute, up to 2K,
    original frame rate, Speed and Balanced quality).
  - Premium: unlocked with a one-time payment and a personal license key. Premium never expires,
    needs no subscription and keeps working offline. It includes all future updates.

YOU MAY
  - Install and use AI Upscale on your own computers, for personal projects.
  - Share the official download link (https://ai-upscale.pages.dev/).

YOU MAY NOT
  - Sell, rent or re-upload AI Upscale (or modified copies of it) as your own.
  - Decompile, modify, or remove or bypass the license check, the ads or the edition limits.
  - Share your Premium license key publicly. (Using it on your own PCs is fine.)

AI MODELS AND THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE
  AI Upscale does not include the AI models, Python libraries or ffmpeg: the installer downloads them
  from their official sources, and each keeps its own license (see THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt). Some models
  are licensed for NON-COMMERCIAL use only - use AI Upscale for personal projects.
  engine/rife contains code from vs-rife by HolyWu under the MIT license (see engine/rife/LICENSE).

REFUNDS AND SUPPORT
  If Premium does not work for you, contact the author through the website and it will be sorted out.

NO WARRANTY
  AI Upscale is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The author is not liable for any damage
  arising from its use. Always keep a copy of your original videos.

Earlier versions (1.0.0 and 1.1.0) were released under the GNU GPL v3; copies of those versions keep that
license. This agreement applies to version 1.2.0 and later.
